She has worked with companies such as Google, Indeed, and Lucid Motors, earning two Red Dot Awards and serving as a jury member for the Awwwards and the Webby Awards. Sati is passionate about design education, mentoring aspiring designers globally, and sharing her insights on her YouTube channels, which collectively have over 25,000 followers and more than 1 million total views. Randall Visser
Randall "Randy" Visser is a Principal Technical Recruiter with over 25 years of experience in technical recruiting. He has worked with companies like Microsoft, Coinbase, Gartner, Cruise, Rackspace, and Riot Games, building a vast network across various technical roles from entry-level to executive positions.
For the past five years, Randy has also been a negotiation coach, helping clients secure over 2,100 successful offers across engineering, sales, product management, and executive roles. He continually tracks industry trends to refine his expertise and maximize client outcomes.
